not connecting to 5g

Hi guys,
I tried several monts to figure this out and tried advise i found but not succeed.
So i got sm-n971n and rooted with magisk but stock recovery etc.
5g is enabled on settings and tried to check all others setting too.
i also tried sim-card to another 5g phone and that phone successfully connected to 5g so the fault is on the phone. or firmware.
Tried to reset network settings, not helped, tried after and before updating firmware but 4g is only i got.
